snowflake Color Scheme – I love the warm colors in contrast with the cool blues and grays of the leaves on the navy blue background. Although there are warm and cool colors, they seem to harmonize well.

snowflake Typography – Wonderful looping script type. It nicely weaves through the field of flowers. It boldly serves at the main component in this design.

snowflake Composition – The typography slants across the field leading the eye through the flowers. The little Alice figure in the bottom right corner is nicely balanced with the smaller type in the top left corner.

Also, I love the little branches with buds which add decoration to the flowers. Can you spot the hidden white rabbit? Too cute!

Are you ready for the premiere this Sunday? I am!!! Here we have Jon and Ghost manning the wall with the Night’s Watch. Everything seems calm but “Winter is coming”. The white walker looms large overhead, the threat beyond the wall. All of this is contained in a wonderful oval composition. Nice icy whites and light blues on a navy background. Interesting use of negative and positive space.

This one would be pleased to wear this shirt. The mother of dragons and breaker of chains. The Unburnt. Daenerys Stormborn. Surrounded by her Dragons (Viserion, Rhaegal, and Drogon), Dany looks like “a simple girl who knows little of war”. However, the ranks of Unsullied in the background show her true nature as a force to be reckoned with. Watch out Mereen! The composition of the design surrounds the center figure, visually giving her importance. I  enjoy the various sizes of the dragons giving them the effect of flight. Wonderful use of warm, arid colors on a maroon background with a refreshing touch of sky blue.
