starConcept – Very interesting concept of mashing up Princess Leia with the Disney Haunted Mansion Stretch Canvas.  I enjoy that this design seems to capture an unfortunate event.

starLines – Nice clean lines. Wonderful Disney style render of Princess Leia. I really enjoy the descriptive curving lines of Leia’s flowing gown. Wonderful R2D2 details on the parasol.

starComposition  – Nicely elongated composition. Leia looks peaceful and serene, but as you look down the monster is a scary surprise. Similar to the tragic Haunted Mansion Stretch Canvases.

starComposition – Wonderful geometric Art Nouveau frame. I really enjoy the different blocks of shapes that are nicely bilaterally symmetrical.

starLines and Forms – The complexity of the ratio of thick and thin lines in the design creates a wonderful Art Nouveau appearance. Elvira is seductively well-rendered. I really enjoy her curvy body and her skin peeking out.

starColor Scheme – I really enjoy the combination of the deep mauve with the red outlines. The light cream color is also nicely balanced. The composition is unified with the two skulls and the spider webs with her skin in the center.

Awesome Eggman aka Dr. Robotnik propaganda poster! He’s taking over the world, one cute and cuddly enslaved robot animal at a time. Eggman always seems like such a joke in the Sonic games but he looks menacing and powerful the way he is depicted large and looming overhead. His large hands seem to reach out for control. The repeating red lines throughout the design are hypnotizing. I really enjoy the warm grays matched up with the bright eye-catching red. Wonderful worn, weathered textured added to give it an appearance of being folded and passed around, propagating the message of world domination.

Wonderful use of color theory to develop this multi-dimensional fox head. By using orange for the head area it visually gives it a rounder shape and sets the green muzzle back. The very bright thin yellow strokes set the eye area closer. I also really enjoy all the little thin geometric shapes within the figure giving it a digital look. I think this design is an entirely original piece but it still reminds me of Star Fox.
