Composition – Wonderful dynamic angles. I really enjoy all the complex geometric planes.

Composition – Great use of geometric planes giving the design a deco aesthetic.

Composition – I really enjoy the large dragon image behind the beautiful villain. The heavy purple areas nicely balance Maleficent’s figure.

Lines and Forms – Great use of positive and negative spaces to render various details within the design.

Color – I really enjoy the bright purple with the small bright green accents.

Concept – Interesting mash-up of characters.

Lines and Forms – I really enjoy the cute little anime style render of both characters. I also really enjoy the negative space that details the trees in the background, also creating a nice field of depth.

Concept – Interesting design which visually portrays the smaller Bruce figure trapped within the larger Hulk figure.

Color – I really enjoy the limited amount of color use to portray the infamous Hulk. The negative space figure within needs no introduction.

Lines and Forms – The long thin refracted hazy lines are a great way of visually showing the rays. They nicely delineate the Incredible Hulk.

Composition – Wonderful compositions on the front and back of the shirt! The front has a great sense of dimension. Joker seem to pop out of the background. The back of the shirt in beautifully intricate and balanced and nicely relates to the front of the shirt.

Lines and Forms – Wonderful amount of line work. Delicate and complex, the devil is in the details ;). Joker’s long grin is jaw dropping.

Typography – If I didn’t follow this awesome artist of Facebook, I wouldn’t have seen her hand drawn sketches. Her letter forms look this good in her sketches!

As the saying goes “The eyes are the window to the soul”, or not if you’re a replicant. Your pupillary dilation (or lack thereof) in response to emotional provocation will give you away. We call it Voight-Kampff for short.

Composition – Interesting emblem style design centered around the eye. I really enjoy the bioengineered android owl with wings spread out in the lower center. Its wings create unity and detail in the design.

Lines – The lines in the wings create a nice striated circular frame, wrapping around the focal point. The radiating lines also help bring attention to the eye.

Composition – Wonderfully elaborate oblong frame. I really enjoy all the details within the frame. Sauron’s ornate helmet and armor is centered and extends past the frame giving him an important presence. Most of the text is contained in the banner, giving it a “label” appearance.

Lines – Wonderful amount of detail expressed by the various lines creating the Celtic knots.

Composition – Wonderful geometric Art Nouveau frame. I really enjoy the different blocks of shapes that are nicely bilaterally symmetrical.

Lines and Forms – The complexity of the ratio of thick and thin lines in the design creates a wonderful Art Nouveau appearance. Elvira is seductively well-rendered. I really enjoy her curvy body and her skin peeking out.

Color Scheme – I really enjoy the combination of the deep mauve with the red outlines. The light cream color is also nicely balanced. The composition is unified with the two skulls and the spider webs with her skin in the center.

The truth is out there. X Philes rejoice! This design nicely conveys this science fiction horror drama television series. The letters are formed from many different elements from the different episodes: the Smoking Man, the Lone Gunmen, the elongated arms of Eugene Tooms, the list goes on! Each letter form has awesome details. All the components are very nicely handled with detail and care. I enjoy the way each component doesn’t seem forced but naturally form the letters.
