Beetles | Watercolor and Gouache Painting

I drew, illustrated two different beetles using Dr. Ph. Martin’s hydrus watercolors, and Reeves gouache for the highlights. I also used my amazing Finetec Pearl watercolors for the elaborate, art nouveau inspired background.
