Instead of the Narrator/Tyler, we have his morbid counterpart and link to reality, Marla. The use of a somber color palette visually conveys her mood. The out of focus background expresses her lack of interest to her surrounding world. Her face is wonderfully translated in the graphic novel style using varying lines and halftones.

This warrior is ready to hunt. This is an interesting combination of the Predator warrior as an asian style samurai warrior. Wonderful use of brush strokes to create the figure. I very much enjoy the target symbol of the Predator as the red signature at the bottom right corner. The predator glyphs also very much resemble asian characters, adding a nice touch and balance to the composition.
